General Terms & Conditions – UNIQUE Festival

1. Scope
- These General Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, participants, and guests of UNIQUE Festival (“the Festival”), held in Stäfa, Switzerland. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festival, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets & Entry
- All ticket sales are processed exclusively via Eventfrog. Their terms & conditions apply to the purchase process.
- Tickets are valid only for the date stated and must be presented at the entrance (digital or printed).
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.
- The Festival reserves the right to refuse entry without refund in cases of non-compliance with these terms or staff instructions.

3. Age Restrictions
- Minimum age for entry is 18 years.
- A valid official photo ID may be required at the entrance.

4. Festival Rules & Conduct
- Visitors must comply with all instructions from festival staff and security personnel.
- Bringing your own alcohol, glass bottles, illegal substances, weapons, or dangerous objects is strictly prohibited.
- The Festival reserves the right to remove anyone whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or illegal. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure
- The Festival program is subject to change without notice.
- The Festival may be postponed, canceled, or interrupted due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, official orders, safety concerns) without liability for damages.
- In case of cancellation, ticket refund policies from Eventfrog apply.

6. Liability
- Attendance is at your own risk.
- The Festival is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
- Visitors are responsible for their own belongings.

7. Photography & Media
- By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes without compensation.
- If you do not wish to appear in media, please inform the photographer or videographer directly.

8. Data Protection
- The Festival processes personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws.
- Ticket purchases via Eventfrog are subject to Eventfrog’s Privacy Policy.

9. Special Effects & Sound Levels
- The Festival may include special effects such as strobe lighting, lasers, smoke/fog effects, pyrotechnics, and fireworks. These can affect individuals with certain medical conditions, including epilepsy. Loud music will be played throughout the event; ear protection is recommended. Attendance is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by Swiss law.
- The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
